Based in Roswell, Georgia, Kyle Kufeldt has been in real estate since 2014 and has closed over 30 deals. His focus is helping families through probate. Settling a loved one's estate is hard enough, and Kyle works to make the property side simpler and less stressful. He also helps people claim the excess funds they are owed after foreclosure and tax sales. His experience covers pre-foreclosures, probate, divorce sales, subject-to deals, seller financing, new construction, buy-and-hold investing and property management. That range lets him find the right fit for each family's situation instead of a one-size-fits-all answer.
